SPOKANE, WA—Capstone Manufactured Housing has closed the $4.6 million sale of University MHP: an all-ages manufactured housing community in Spokane Valley, Washington. The community consists of 106 sites on over 8 acres and is ideally positioned less than 8 miles from downtown Spokane.
Capstone’s transaction team was led by Kevan Enger, who represented the seller, and Ian Hilpl, who represented the buyer.
University MHP is located at the intersection of E. 4th Avenue and S. Dishman Mica Road in Spokane Valley, providing residents with easy access to Interstate 90. The community’s amenities include an on-site park office and a picnic area.
