CHARLOTTE, NC—Capstone Companies is pleased to announce the launch of its newest service line: Capstone Equity Solutions.
Capstone’s Equity Solutions service line assists clients by sourcing capital for various real estate development projects and investments across the firm’s entire United States footprint. The Equity Solutions team leverages its capital markets experience and extensive relationships with various investors, including pension funds, private equity funds, insurance companies, and other institutional firms to provide the best capital solutions for clients.
Capstone Equity Solutions is comprised of Tampa-based Kyle Kaylor, Charlotte-based Bryse Toothaker and Alex McDermott, and Atlanta-based Sean Henry.
Kyle Kaylor recently joined Capstone with over a decade of multi-housing and commercial real estate experience. During his career in real estate investment banking, he raised more than $30 billion in debt and equity capital for various institutional, private, and public clients. Prior to this, Kyle served more than eight years as a United States Naval Officer.
Bryse Toothaker brings more than 20 years of multi-family investment experience and success in representing both large private capital and institutional clients. His long-standing relationships and in-depth knowledge of the capital markets, asset management, and development of multi-family assets has allowed him to successfully transact on over 25,000 units.
Sean Henry has closed over $6 billion in multi-family transactions with many of the nation’s largest public and private pension plans and REITS. He has a tremendous amount of deep-rooted, long-standing industry relationships and a long track record of success in various markets among numerous institutional clients.
Alex McDermott boasts sales of more than 70 multi-family assets, which represents 11,000 units and $1 billion in sales volume. Alex is the top producer firm-wide and his contributions have helped lead Capstone to become one of the top brokerage companies in the country.
