NASHVILLE, TN—Capstone Land Sales brokered the sale of a 14.44-acre multi-family land site in the Bellevue neighborhood of Nashville.
Capstone’s Adam Klenk represented the seller, Hardy Ross of Westside Ventures, in the transaction. Front Street Partners paid $5.3 million for the site.
Located at 7116 Charlotte Pike, the site boasts proximity to Class A retail including Nashville West shopping center and One Bellevue Place. The property is currently slated for 263 multi-family units. Once completed, it will be among the Charlotte Pike corridor’s newest Class A multi-family developments alongside Novel West Nashville, Bells Bluff, and Rivertop Apartments.
