Capstone Land Sales Arranges $3.5 Million Sale of 33 Acres Along Nashville’s Bell Road Corridor

NASHVILLE, TN—Capstone Land Sales has closed the $3.5 million sale of a 33.31-acre multi-family development site in the rapidly expanding Nashville neighborhood of Cane Ridge—located on the border of Antioch and Brentwood. The site is ideally situated less than three miles from the new Tanger Outlets development in Century Farms, which was announced last spring.

Capstone procured the buyer, Tampa-based 2nd Wave Development, who plans to build over 300 units and break ground within the coming months.

The Capstone Land Sales transaction team was led by Adam Klenk, Austin Heithcock, Tyler Mayo, and Jonathan Hawks.

“As commercial, retail, and residential projects have emerged, the Brentioch submarket is experiencing excellent rent growth and high lease-up velocities as demand outpaces supply,” said Klenk.
