ROCK HILL, SC—Capstone Land Sales and The Shopping Center Group have closed the $1,064,000 sale of a 28-acre mixed-use development site in Rock Hill, South Carolina in the Charlotte MSA.
The two firms sold the property on behalf of Southeastern Grocers and procured the local buyer, Warren Norman Company. The buyer plans to develop the site in the near future as a mixed-use destination center.
The development site is located at 1624 Heckle Blvd near the intersection of S Herlong Ave in Rock Hill. The site boasts excellent proximity to Wedgewood Square Shopping Center as well as Piedmont Medical Center, a 288-bed healthcare facility. Additionally, the site is just 2.5 miles from Winthrop University and less than 4 miles from downtown Rock Hill.
The transaction team was led by Ron Corrao, Brian Ford, and Eric Liebich of Capstone and Darrell Palasciano of The Shopping Center Group.
