FAYETTEVILLE, NC—Capstone Manufactured Housing has closed the sale of Taylors Creek Mobile Home Park: a gated, 298-site community located just minutes from downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina.

The Capstone brokerage team was led by Kevan Enger, Ian Hilpl, Brian Hummell, and Hunter LaRocca. The buyer already has a footprint in the market and was interested in expanding their portfolio in the area. Despite a required loan assumption, it was a smooth transaction for all parties.

Taylors Creek is one of the premier parks in the region, providing an attractive amenity package including a swimming pool, playground, basketball court, and on-site security. The community is situated on 108 acres in a Qualified Opportunity Zone and was approximately 92% occupied at the time of closing.
