PRYOR, OK—Capstone Apartment Partners has closed the $6,550,000 sale of The Park @ 12Twenty: a 100-unit garden-style apartment community featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans. The 8.28-acre community is situated in Pryor, Oklahoma at the intersection of US-69 and OK-20, providing straightforward access to the rapidly expanding Tulsa area—just 40 minutes away.

Capstone’s Mike Marrara, David Dirkschneider, William Forrest, and Chris O’Hare sold the property on behalf of Trident Multifamily and procured the buyer, Adventurous REI.

“While Pryor is a small market, the proximity to Tulsa as well as the large number of high paying jobs at the nearby Mid-America Industrial Park—including the Google Data Center—were compelling to the buyer,” Marrara said.

The Park at 12Twenty was built in 1974 and underwent significant renovations in 2019. Updated units feature wood-style flooring throughout, white cabinetry, brushed nickel hardware and fixtures, new appliances, plantation blinds, and ceiling fans. Community amenities include a picnic/grilling area, playground, landscaped courtyards, laundry facilities, and ample green space. The Park at 12Twenty was approximately 96% occupied at the time of closing.
