NASHVILLE, TN—Capstone Land Sales has closed the $6.17 million sale of an 8.72-acre development site just north of Nashville’s MetroCenter neighborhood. Situated on West Trinity Lane, the site is the future home of 111 for-sale townhomes to be developed by Red Seal Homes.

The Capstone transaction team was led by Adam Klenk and Austin Heithcock, who sold the property on behalf of Cove Residential. The buyer is Red Seal Homes, who is based in Chicagoland and has an established presence in the Nashville area.

“With strong population and job growth projections over the next five years, the North Nashville region—particularly West Trinity Lane—is in a development boom with its dynamic connectivity to surrounding amenities, current jobs in the metro, and the future jobs in River North,” said Heithcock and Klenk. “Additionally, the site is within walking and biking distance to future retail nodes on West Trinity, Dickerson Pike, and Cowan Street slated for a number of developments.”
