CLARKSVILLE, TN—Capstone Apartment Partners has brokered the $4 million sale of Thistlewood Townhomes: a 32-unit townhome community located in the rapidly growing city of Clarksville, TN. The property is situated adjacent to Purple Heart Parkway and boasts proximity to Class A retail and dining on Fort Campbell Blvd.
Capstone sold the property on behalf of the seller, COVE RESIDENTIAL, a real estate development firm working in the southeast who currently owns property in Nashville. The out-of-state buyer was attracted to Thistlewood Townhomes due to its well-maintained condition and proximity to the Nashville MSA. The Capstone Apartment Partners’ transaction team was led by Adam Klenk, Jonathan Hawks, and Tyler Mayo.
Completed from 2012–2015, Thistlewood Townhomes is comprised of 32 identical three-bedroom apartment homes in six two-story buildings. The community was occupied at approximately 93% at the time of closing. Each 1,150 square foot townhome features a full-size washer/dryer, walk-out balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and attached garage. Interior finishes include black appliances, hardwood-style vinyl flooring, and modern shaker cabinetry.
