NASHVILLE, TN—Capstone Land Sales has brokered the $1.5 million sale of a 7.1-acre land site located at 298 N Royal Oaks Blvd in the Cool Springs submarket of Franklin, Tennessee.

The buyer was attracted to the area due to its exponential job growth and best-in-region demographics. They plan to position the site for a high-density multi-family development and to market and sell the site once ready.
