JACKSONVILLE, FL—Capstone Land Sales announces three recent closings of land sites in the Westside and Northside Submarkets of Jacksonville, Florida. The buyer is Dallas-based home builder, DR Horton, who plans 283 for-sale townhomes spread across the three locations on 103rd St and New Berlin Rd. Construction is anticipated to begin by the end of the year.
