TULSA, OK—Capstone Apartment Partners has closed the $5.3 million sale of a 50-unit multi-family portfolio in the Tulsa suburb of Claremore. The portfolio is comprised of three properties: Stonebrook Place Townhomes, Park Crest Duplexes, and Osage Avenue Duplexes.
The Capstone Apartment Partners transaction team was led by Mike Marrara, David Dirkschneider, and William Forrest.
The sellers, Parkcrest LLC and Ragland Investments, left the properties well maintained and without any deferred maintenance. The buyer is RMH Properties.
“After months of searching the market, Mike with the Capstone team helped us ultimately find exactly what we were looking for with a quality, well-maintained asset,” said Roger Higinbotham of RMH Properties.
The assets were built in 2012-2017 and were 100% occupied at the time of closing. Each property is comprised of two-bedroom/one-bathroom units with attached garages.
