CLARKSVILLE, TN—Capstone Apartment Partners has facilitated the sale of 360 Luxury Townhomes: a 96-unit, new construction townhome community in Clarksville, Tennessee. Situated off Needmore Rd, the asset is less than one mile from Austin Square shopping center and proximate to an abundance of retail and dining options along the Wilma Rudolph Blvd corridor.

Capstone’s Adam Klenk and Tyler Mayo sold the property on behalf of the developer, E&E Partners. The buyer, Valor Residential, went under contract on the asset last June prior to breaking ground and closed once the final certificate of occupancy was obtained.

Newly completed earlier this summer, 360 Luxury Townhomes is comprised of 96 1,100 square-foot townhomes with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Each unit features wood-style flooring, modern white cabinetry, quartz countertops, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, washer/dryer connections, and a private patio. Community amenities will ultimately include a pool with sundeck, fitness center, clubhouse, and business center.
