JACKSON, TN—Capstone Apartment Partners has brokered the $9,530,000 sale of The Villages of Campbell Oaks: a 96-unit garden apartment community in Jackson, TN. The property is positioned immediately off Interstate 40 and is proximate to an abundance of retail and dining destinations along the N. Highland Ave corridor.

Capstone’s Adam Klenk, Tyler Mayo, Austin Heithcock, and Jonathan Hawks were the lead brokers for the transaction.

“This acquisition provides abundant upside due to the growing Jackson market, full amenity package, and fully zoned and approved Phase II contiguous parcel,” said Klenk.

The property was built in 2014 and was approximately 95% occupied at the time of closing. The Villages of Campbell Oaks features an adjacent parcel that has already been approved for a second phase of apartment homes, which will add an additional 96 units.
