NASHVILLE, TN—Capstone Land Sales has brokered the sale of a multi-family development site nestled between Ewing Dr and I-65 in north Nashville. Totaling 11.81 acres, the site is comprised of a four-parcel assemblage between two local owners.

Austin Heithcock and Adam Klenk of Capstone Land Sales brokered the sale to LDG Development, who is based in Louisville, Kentucky. LDG plans to build a low-density infill apartment community totaling 180 units. The garden-style asset will feature flats and townhome floorplans, surface parking, a swimming pool, and a playground.

“With strong population and job growth projections over the next five years, the North Nashville region is in a development boom,” said Heithcock and Klenk.
