NASHVILLE, TN—Capstone Land Sales has brokered the $18.5 million sale of a 29-story tower development site in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood. Situated on 0.79 acres, the site is the future home of 396 luxury apartment units and 13,000 square feet of retail and parking.

The buyer is developer Millcreek Residential, who is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Millcreek will be bolstered by architect Cooper Carry and landscape architect Hawkins Partners on the project, which is set to break ground this summer of 2022.

The Capstone transaction team was led by Austin Heithcock and Adam Klenk, and supported by brokers Tyler Mayo, Jonathan Hawks, Luke Searcy, and Jordan Arand. The team sold the property on behalf Good Health Management Partnership.
