HUNTSVILLE, AL—Capstone Land Sales advised the buyer on the purchase of a 21-acre land site situated at 5771 Oakwood Rd NW in Huntsville, Alabama.

The buyer, Cypressbrook, plans to build a 316-unit, Class A, Ariza-branded multi-family project as well as develop several retail outparcels.

The Capstone transaction team was led by Nashville-based Adam Klenk and Austin Heithcock.
