We are looking for a Commercial Mortgage Broker to be based in Charlotte, NC. This individual will cover a large territory including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Florida and Georgia. The role of the commercial mortgage broker is to source new business by contacting owners of income-producing commercial real estate and build a relationship so that the owner places financing through Capstone Capital.

We are seeking aggressive, ambitious and motivated individuals to expand our sales team. This role will require responsive, knowledgeable, and analytical support and organization to all brokerage projects; such as cold calling, asset valuation and due diligence, market research and data aggregation, asset valuation underwriting, and technical writing to report findings in a professional format to be presentable in client deliverables.
